Same idea as the NIfTI block picker, but the volume is streamed: a 270 Gvoxel HiP-CT human heart read straight from a public OME-Zarr store.  |  A streamed volume has no CPU voxels to copy (they live in GPU brick textures), so the right pane does not extract the block. It opens a second streamed volume over the same store, cropped to the picked brick, and lets the octree pull that box down to level 0 near its crosshair.  |  Left-drag rotates; the click is only treated as a pick when the pointer did not travel.
